Seth Weissman is the Founder and Managing Partner of Urban Standard Capital (USC), a real estate private equity firm that specializes in debt and equity investments across the U.S. Prior to founding USC, Seth worked in the real estate private equity group at Perry Capital, a multi-strategy hedge fund, and was part of Goldman Sachs’ Investment Banking Division.

He previously served on the Community Board 4 in Manhattan, contributing to the Preservation and Planning and Housing, Health, and Human Services Committees. Additionally, Seth founded #REHasYourBack, an initiative supporting underserved communities across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens.

He holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
