Shriram Bhashyam is the Chief Operating Officer at Sydecar, where he leads operations and supports strategic planning. He co-founded EquityZen in 2013, which was acquired by J.P. Morgan in 2025. During his time there, he served in key roles including Head of Business Development and General Counsel. With a background spanning finance, technology, and law, Shri brings deep private-market expertise to his work. He has also held strategic positions at Citi as an Entrepreneur in Residence and at Forge as SVP and Co-Head of Business Development. Shri holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Cardozo School of Law.
