Stephanie McCann co-heads the global corporate finance group at McDermott Will & Schulte LLP. She represents private equity groups, private credit funds, commercial lending institutions, and major public and private companies in connection with the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of domestic and international secured and unsecured financing transactions, including senior, unitranche, mezzanine and subordinated debt transactions, junior capital financings, acquisition financings, recapitalizations, loan workouts, and restructurings. Stephanie is also a current member of the Firm’s Executive Committee and Management Committee, and she is the chair of the Firm’s Compensation Committee.
