Todd joined Marshall Wace in 2023 as CEO of Marshall Wace North America, a partner, a member of the Board of Directors and a member of the Partnership Management Committee. Prior to joining Marshall Wace, Todd was a partner of KKR and served on KKR’s firm-wide Operating Committee. Over his 10 years at KKR, Todd was Head of Private Wealth, President of KKR Credit and Capital Markets and Co-Head of KKR Hedge Funds. Todd was also a member of the Board of Directors of FS KKR Capital Corp., a public business development company which trades on the NYSE.

Prior to joining KKR, Todd served as President of Highbridge Capital Management and a member of the investment and risk committees. He began his career at the Goldman Sachs Group, where he was predominantly focused on capital markets and mergers and acquisitions for financial institutions.

Todd received a B.S., summa cum laude, Merrill Presidential Scholar, from Cornell University and a J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School. Todd serves on the Leadership Council of Cornell University's S.C. Johnson College of Business and on the Board of Trustees of the Kent Place School.

Todd and his wife Karen have four daughters. The Builiones live in Short Hills, NJ.
