Vipon is actively involved with transaction origination, execution, and overall portfolio management. He oversees the firm’s Private Equity Platform, which includes primary funds, equity co-investment, GP-led secondaries, and junior credit strategies. With over 27 years of investment experience, Vipon has previously worked at Bank of Montreal Capital in its Private Equity Group as well as the Investment and Corporate Banking Division of the Bank of Nova Scotia, and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst, Certified Management Accountant, and Certified Public Accountant designations.
