Will Duckett is a licensed securities principal with 12+ years’ experience in financial services, software, and private business operations. He began his career at a hedge fund-of-funds where he focused on fund operations, investor relations, and compliance-oriented due diligence for underlying managers and their trading practices. Prior to Equity Shift, Will was the Head of Strategic Initiatives at Peter Millar. At Equity Shift, he leverages his skillset to expand the company’s reach with prospective investors and clients, as well as building the operational and compliance processes necessary to succeed in a regulated industry. Will holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School where he focused on driving technological innovation within regulated industries, and a B.A. in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a member of the Open Cap Table Coalition and the Operators Guild.
