Abraham “Abie” Hidary is CEO of Hidrock Properties, a privately held real estate investment and development firm founded in 1982 out of the Hidary family office. Since joining Hidrock in 2000, Abie has helped lead more than 60 real estate projects representing over $2 billion in transactions and has raised more than $500 million of capital from private and institutional investors.

His experience spans acquisitions, development, financing and asset management across retail, hospitality, office and multifamily properties. In recent years, Abie has led Hidrock’s expansion beyond New York, with the firm currently focused on acquiring and operating open-air shopping centers throughout the United States.

Abie is a former President and current Trustee of the Yeshivah of Flatbush. He graduated magna cum laude from Yeshiva University with a Bachelor of Science in Business.
