Mr. Daley serves as Managing Partner of Elda River, Chairman of the Investment Committee, and is a member of the Management Committee. Prior to co-founding Elda River, Mr. Daley was a Partner at Magnetar Capital and the Co-Head of the Energy & Infrastructure group. Mr. Daley joined Magnetar Capital at its inception in 2005 and throughout his tenure, focused primarily on the sourcing, execution, and management of various real assets investments. Prior to joining Magnetar Capital, Mr. Daley was an investment banker at Citigroup’s Global Corporate and Investment Bank, where he was responsible for executing a variety of corporate finance transactions. Mr. Daley currently serves on the boards of directors of Vesper Energy Development LLC, Double Eagle Energy III LLC, DoublePoint Energy LLC, MC Tumbleweed Royalty, LLC, Stem, Inc. (NYSE: STEM), and Double Eagle Energy Holdings V, LLC. Mr. Daley earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance with High Honors from the University of Illinois.
