Josh is a co-Founder and Managing Partner of Greenflash, an energy infrastructure company that develops, builds, owns, operates, and trades generation, storage, and powered shell facilities globally.

He is also President & CEO of XGS Energy, a next-generation geothermal power company. Previously, Josh was co-Founder and Managing Partner of Broad Reach Power, a battery storage infrastructure company, and Founder and CEO of FlexGen, a leading energy storage system integrator. He began his career as a Naval Intelligence Officer and was a Vice President in the Investment Banking Division and Executive Office at Goldman Sachs.

Josh holds a BS with Honors from the U.S. Naval Academy and an MBA from the University of Oxford, where he was a FitzGerald Scholar.
