Mr. Bawa brings nearly 30 years of private equity, energy investing, and industrials experience spanning the full investment lifecycle, from deal origination and structuring to portfolio oversight and value creation. At EIV Capital, he supports the firm’s investment and business development activities and advises on portfolio company and firm growth initiatives. Prior to joining EIV Capital, Mo served as Managing Partner at ACON Investments where he was responsible for all phases of middle market private equity investments primarily focused on the energy, infrastructure and related services sectors. In addition, Mo has previously held principal investment, commodity-linked transaction, and capital advisory roles at Constellation Commodities Group, Enron Capital & Trade, and Banc of America Securities. Mo earned his B.A. in Economics, Management, and Public Policy from Rice University and an M.B.A. in Finance and Strategy from The Anderson School at UCLA.
