Ryan Day is a member of TA Digital Group and is responsible for business development with hyperscale clients, assisting TA Realty’s Acquisitions Team with site selection and market prioritization, and fiber network infrastructure engagement. He has been with TA Realty since 2024 and prior to joining he was a Senior Real Estate Acquisition Manager for Amazon Web Services, procuring data center capacity for Northern Virginia, the largest region in the world. Before working in the real estate industry, he spent seven years driving the network and connectivity strategy with Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Corporation as a Senior Network Acquisition & Development Manager, focused on long-haul, metro and subsea connectivity. Previously, Ryan also spent over a decade in FP&A roles at Holland America Cruise Lines and Microsoft Corp. He graduated from Washington State University with a B.A. in finance and international business and an M.B.A. from Seattle Pacific University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
