Trevor is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Crosstimbers, where he leads all aspects of the Firm’s activities, with a particular focus on its culture, capital formation, and strategic direction. Before establishing Crosstimbers, Trevor was Managing Director at Brock Capital, responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and managing its investments. He also served on the firm’s Investment Committee and the boards of its portfolio companies. Prior to joining Brock Capital, Trevor worked as an analyst for International Finance Corporation (World Bank Group) in Washington, D.C. and began his career as a consultant for Ernst & Young in New York. Trevor earned a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University, an MA in English Literature from Southern Methodist University, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Theology from Wycliffe Hall in Oxford. He lives in Houston with his wife and three children.
