Mr. Wieder is a Managing Director and Head of H.I.G.’s Secondaries strategy, where he leads all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing, transaction structuring, deal execution, and portfolio monitoring. Prior to joining H.I.G., Mr. Wieder was a Managing Director, Partner, and Investment Committee member of Morgan Stanley’s Ashbridge Secondaries team, where he focused on single-asset GP-Led transactions. Mr. Wieder has nearly 20 years of experience as an investor and leader in the private equity Secondaries market. Mr. Wieder earned a B.S. in Finance from Penn State University.
