Felix Jaeger is a Principal in Mercer’s secondaries team based in Zürich. Mercer’s secondaries team invests globally across all private market asset classes and transaction types. Mr. Jaeger is focused on secondary transactions in private infrastructure and real estate assets and has invested in GP-leds, LP-leds (including the acquisition of LP-stakes in continuation funds and co-investments) as well as tender offers.

Previously, Mr. Jaeger worked at a Swiss based corporate finance boutique in the Mergers and Acquisitions group. His transaction experience includes leveraged buyouts, trade sales and IPOs in the pharma and industrial sectors and the corporate valuation of companies in the pharma, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.

Felix Jaeger received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance, both from the University of St.Gallen (HSG) in Switzerland. He is a CFA, FRM, and CAIA Charterholder.
