Jérôme Leyvigne, Managing Director, is the Global Head of Secondaries and co-Head of EMEA for BlackRock Infrastructure Solutions (BIS). M. Leyvigne has more than 20 years of experience in the infrastructure industry. His responsibilities include business development, establishing long-term partnerships for BIS, and originating and leading investment opportunities in primaries, secondaries and direct co-investments on a global basis.

Prior to joining BlackRock, Mr. Leyvigne was a Senior Investment Professional at Swiss Re Private Equity Partners, where he helped build the infrastructure franchise. Before that, he was an Infrastructure Investment Specialist at the Finance/Private Sector Department of the World Bank in Washington DC and Brussels, where he worked on the reconstruction of Iraq, and several transportation projects in Morocco, Jordan, Lebanon, Yemen, and Djibouti. At the start of his career, Mr. Leyvigne gained Project Finance experience at the French Ministry of Public Works (Public/Project Finance Specialist in the Office of Exportation) and Emerging Markets experience at the French Trade Mission in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Mr. Leyvigne holds a Civil Engineering Degree from Ecole Nationale des Travaux Publics de l’Etat, a Master in Management from New York University and an MBA from INSEAD.
