Kilian Toms is a Fund Manager for the Global Real Estate Partners Fund. Based in London, Kilian is responsible for all aspects of the Fund including investments, asset management, marketing and dispositions. Previously, he worked at Sera Global as a Partner and head of EMEA Liquidity Solutions and Secondaries. In this role, he advised investors seeking to create liquidity through fund restructurings, asset-spinouts or privately negotiated secondary investments/portfolio recapitalizations. Prior to joining Sera Global, Kilian was at Landmark Partners for over a decade, where he worked as a principal their Real Estate Private Equity team focused on investing in enhanced return and opportunistic investments, globally. In 2015, he relocated to London to lead Landmark’s European investments. He has also held a role at J.P. Morgan, in their Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging Investment Banking group in New York, NY. Kilian has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School and is a graduate of Florida A&M University, summa cum laude. Kilian serves on the Board of Directors for Sported UK. He is also affiliated with the Real Estate Executive Council and the Harvard Alumni Real Estate Board.
