Neal is a Managing Director at The Carlyle Group, one of the world’s largest global alternative asset managers. Neal’s focus is private equity secondary investing via Carlyle’s AlpInvest Partners platform. Neal has been with Carlyle/AlpInvest for almost 20 years across various locations: New York, Hong Kong, Amsterdam and London. He also spent time at the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, (CPPIB). He received his MBA from Columbia University in New York and his undergraduate degree from the Ivey School of Business at Western University in Canada. He is also a CFA charterholder.
