Ricardo brings over 15 years of investment experience across wealth management and investment banking, with a strong track record in sourcing, structuring, and executing transactions. He began his career at J.P. Morgan, where he developed a rigorous and analytical approach to deal evaluation and due diligence on both buy- and sell-side transactions. He then spent several years at ING, focusing on the structuring and negotiation of complex transactions and gaining deep expertise in mid-market deals.

Driven by a strong interest in family-owned businesses and entrepreneurial environments, Ricardo transitioned into wealth management at Banque de Luxembourg, where he advised high-net-worth families on wealth structuring and private equity investments. He currently serves as Chief Investment Officer at Logiver, leading the investment strategy for Pegasus Equity Partners, a fund of funds investing in the mid-market buyout sector through primary, secondary, and co-investments. In this role, he also plays a key part in sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities for the fund.

Ricardo holds a double master’s degree in Finance and Econometrics from Newcastle University, as well as a degree in Corporate Finance from HEC Paris.
