Simon Saitowitz is a Private Equity partner in London with almost two decades of experience representing sponsor clients on complex secondaries transactions and is recognized as a European market leader in this field.

Simon, recognised by clients as highly commercial, regularly acts on both the buy side and sell side on the full spectrum of secondaries transactions including GP-led secondaries/continuation fund transactions, preferred equity investments and traditional LP portfolio transactions. In addition to his focus on secondaries, Simon is one of the most experienced lawyers in London in the GP stakes market and regularly advises many of the leading global GP stake investors on their acquisitions of stakes in fund managers.
