Sven Helmer is a Managing Director and the founder of Lagrange in 2013. Lagrange has conducted over 3 bn Euros in real estate fund placements in over 100 transactions with more than 90 institutional investors. Sven has introduced secondary real estate fund transactions to the German market in 2013 and has inter alia conducted 12 transactions in real estate secondaries over the last 15 months with his team. In addition, the company conducts secondary fund transactions in private debt and infrastructure.

Prior to joining Lagrange, Sven was a Managing Director of Lazard GmbH, European Director of JLL and Director/Head of Real Estate Structured Products at Deutsche Bank.

Sven holds a Ph.D. in Real Estate Capital Markets and post graduate studies at the Wharton School, USA and at the European Business School, Germany.
