Founded in 2009 Bluetower Associates is a secondaries-advisory firm and placement agent entirely focused on GP led direct-secondary transactions and continuation funds.

Having previously held senior roles in global secondary funds, the three senior partners bring an insider’s perspective to the market. By a better understanding of what is possible Bluetower provides creative solutions to often complex challenges. Our mission is to exceed the expectations of all parties involved in the transaction.

Tim has worked in private equity for 27 years. Before founding Bluetower Associates in 2009, he spent four years with Chamonix Private Equity (direct secondary funds), four years with ARCIS Capital (secondary funds) and five years with Pomona Capital (secondary funds and fund-of-funds).
During that time, he has been involved in developing, structuring and raising multiple CVs, GP-led and direct-secondary funds.
