We assist our private capital clients with the structuring and execution of continuation funds, including advising on the terms and structure of the asset transfer, the continuation fund vehicle and the carry rollover. We also act for our sponsor clients on GP-led secondaries and when not acting on the sponsor side, we also act for lead investors into these structures.
