Andrew Winslow is a Partner and member of the leadership team at TrueBridge Capital Partners, where he leads the firm’s secondary investment strategy. He brings nearly two decades of experience evaluating and investing in private technology companies, with a perspective that spans company fundamentals, portfolio construction and paths to liquidity.

Andrew’s work draws on TrueBridge’s longstanding venture manager relationships and direct investment capabilities to identify and evaluate opportunities across venture funds and venture-backed companies. His experience is particularly relevant to the growing role of secondaries in providing liquidity for investors and shareholders as companies stay private longer and traditional exit routes become less predictable.

Before joining TrueBridge in 2019, Andrew was a Vice President at Grotech Ventures, where he sourced and executed investments in software and technology companies and worked closely with portfolio companies as a board observer. Earlier in his career, he invested in growth-stage companies at WestView Capital Partners and Summit Partners.

Andrew holds a BBA, cum laude, in Finance and a BA in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame.
