Brian Musto is a Managing Director on the Secondaries Investment Team (Vintage Strategies) within Goldman Sachs Alternatives, based in New York. Brian co-leads continuation vehicle investment activity and leads energy secondary investment activity. He is a member of the Vintage Strategies Private Equity and Real Estate Investment Committees and the Union Bridge Investment Committee. He joined Goldman Sachs in 2003 in the Financial Institutions Group of the Investment Banking Division and rejoined the firm in 2009 in Vintage Strategies. Prior to rejoining the firm, Brian was a private equity associate at Thomas H. Lee Partners in Boston. He earned a BSBA in Finance and Accounting, magna cum laude, from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School, where he graduated as a Baker Scholar.
