Gregory Rowland is a partner in Davis Polk’s Registered Funds Practice. Greg provides transactional, regulatory and compliance advice to investment advisers, mutual funds, ETFs, closed-end funds, business development companies (BDCs), private equity funds and hedge funds. He focuses on the structuring, launch and operation of registered funds, BDCs and hedge funds, and on sales, acquisitions and restructurings of asset managers.
