Mark K Norbury has over two decades of experience in private capital markets and growth equity. Most recently, he was a Founding Partner of Scenic Management LLC, which focuses on direct venture secondary and pre-IPO growth equity investing. His experience includes raising debt and equity capital for privately held businesses, including Private Equity and Venture Capital backed businesses and family enterprises. On the buy-side, he has helped portfolio companies to attract further co-investor capital and to develop business globally. On the sell-side, has originated billions of dollars of new business for HSBC and JP Morgan. Mark has extensive experience helping issuers and investors to access deal situations and to optimize financing in direct deals, primarily in the private capital markets. Having lived and worked in the US, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and South America, he has deep relationships with PE, VC, Sovereign Wealth Funds, wealth managers and family offices globally.
