Mike Dinsdale, CFA, is Chief Executive Officer of Powerlaw Capital Group, the manager behind Powerlaw Corp. (Nasdaq: PWRL). He leads the firm's mission to expand access to leading private technology companies through a single, Nasdaq-listed security, building on Akkadian's expertise as a pioneer in direct venture secondaries. Over the past 16+ years, Akkadian and its affiliates have completed more than 900 secondary transactions and manage $1.55 billion in AUM, investing in the world's leading private technology companies.

Prior to Powerlaw, Mike served as Chief Financial Officer of DocuSign, DoorDash, and Gusto, helping scale three category-defining technology companies through hypergrowth and public-market transitions. His career spans consumer technology, SaaS, secondaries, venture and corporate development. At Powerlaw, he is bringing the reporting, governance, and investor protections of a registered fund to an asset class that has historically been accessible primarily to institutional investors.
