Nilam Statham is Head of Primary Product at London Stock Exchange (LSE), where she is responsible for the development and evolution of LSE’s products and services that support companies accessing capital markets. With extensive experience across primary markets, regulation, and market infrastructure, Nilam works closely with government, regulators and market participants to drive innovation and strengthen the UK's capital markets ecosystem.

With a background as a corporate legal partner advising both private and public companies, and previously as LSE’s Co-Head of Market Regulation responsible for the operation and development of LSE’s markets and most recently working closely with regulators and government in the design of PISCES framework, Nilam brings deep expertise in public and private markets. She plays a key role in shaping initiatives that enhance access to capital, support innovation, and strengthen the UK's capital markets ecosystem.
