Patrick Vinett is a partner in the Investment Funds Practice Group in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP and a senior member of the Firm’s market-leading Liquidity Solutions Team. Patrick’s practice focuses on advising sponsors and lead investors in connection with single- and multi-asset continuation fund transactions, as well other complex business transactions that seek to generate liquidity for investors in private investment funds. Since joining Kirkland in 2024, Patrick has advised sponsor and lead investor clients in connection with continuation fund transactions (closed or currently in the market) representing aggregate transaction volume of approximately $20 billion.
