Rocio grew up in Spain and is a graduate of the University of Oviedo where she majored in Business and Law. In 2007, upon graduation, she started her professional career at PriceWaterHouse Coopers. Rocio joined AltamarCAM Partners in Madrid in 2008 as an analyst in the Finance ＆ Operations team and moved to the Investment Team in 2012. This was the same year when Rocio started her international career as an investment professional. She was invited to relocate to Santiago de Chile to open AltamarCAM’s first international office ensuring that AltamarCAM made a successful entrance into the LATAM Alternative Asset scenario. When AltamarCAM expanded into US territory in 2016, Rocio was invited to co-head the New York office. Lastly, she has been recently promoted to Partner in recognition of her experience, good performance, and more importantly, her potential to continue to excel and add value to the Firm.
