Stéphane, based in New York, joined BEX Capital in January 2021 to establish the New York office. Stephane has been active in the secondary private equity market for 25 years and is responsible for the firm’s global origination effort. Prior to joining BEX, Stéphane held various M&A and corporate development roles for Invesco Private Capital and formerly Oppenheimer Funds. Prior to joining Invesco, Stéphane ran his own business, Equifin Alternative Investments, with a focus on intermediation in secondary private equity markets. In the early 2000s Stéphane took part in establishing Ardian’s U.S. secondary business and investor relations, first from Paris and then, between 2004 and 2010, from its New York office where he was a Managing Director.

A French and U.S. national, Stephane graduated from the University of Quebec in Montreal and from Dauphine University in Paris.
