Melody is a Senior Principal with MMB Multinational Advisory team based in London, UK. She works with multinational clients to develop modern & compelling strategic employee benefit & well-being solutions. She has international experience with global well-being strategies, inclusive & flexible benefits design, life & medical insurance, multinational pooling & captives, retirement plans, benefits digitalization, and M&A integration/separation of benefits.

Melody has a proven track record in global benefits nearly 20 years working in Europe, US & Canada and Asia. In Hong Kong, this includes senior positions with a major life insurance company and an in-house VP benefits & wellness role with a leading US investment bank. In the US & Canada, Melody has held various roles at Mercer providing global benefits management and retirement solutions for clients.

Graduating from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science, Melody is an associate actuary with the Society of Actuaries. With her actuarial background and international industry experience, she brings a dynamic and proactive approach to strategic benefits & well-being consulting.

Melody has a diverse global client portfolio that spreads over industries such as pharma/life sciences, high tech, professional services, finance/banking, manufacturing, and retail/luxury brands.
