Samantha is a Marketing & Business Development professional with over 30 year’s experience in advising professional services firms, where her career has predominantly focussed on strategic marketing, developing teams and building marketing functions. Over the last 10 years Samantha’s career has extended to client and people development, and her current role is at Deloitte as the UK Client Development Director. She is passionate about enabling businesses to develop better long-term client relationships and develops programmes to help people be more confident and equipped to engage with clients where trust, authenticity, curiosity and true partnership working is at the core. She brings energy and creativity to help teams find their purpose and a deeper awareness, creative vision and develop actionable plans for the future.

Samantha is an experienced facilitator, both in designing and delivering a range of team development and account strategy workshops, delivering Deloitte’s Business Chemistry ® to clients and internal teams. Samantha is also on the faculty at Deloitte University, where she delivers a range of leadership programmes. She is a qualified Executive Coach with over 10 years’ experience of coaching senior leaders and is a Senior Practitioner as accredited by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC). She has Enhanced Certification in the LEGO ® Serious Play ® facilitation methodology and is a Master Practitioner in a range of assessment tools such as EQi2.0®, EQi360® and Strengthscope®.
