Tina is Partner and Head of Business Development and Capital Formation at 26North. In her position, Tina also plays a key role in strategically leading firm efforts around Impact & ESG strategy, as well as Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Prior to joining 26North in 2022, Tina was Managing Director in the Blackstone Tactical Opportunities Group, leading European Investor Relations & Business Development, which included platforms across Opportunistic Investing, Insurance Solutions and Growth Equity. During her time at Blackstone, Tina was on the founding team of the firm’s inaugural Growth Equity business, BXG. Tina also helped manage the co-investment of a number of large U.S. female-led consumer businesses, including Bumble, Supergoop and Spanx. Prior to Blackstone, Tina worked in the Global Markets Division at Deutsche Bank and then as Head of Co-Investments and Investor Relations at Gemcorp Capital. Tina grew up in London, England and now resides in the US, based in Miami, Florida.
