Do I need to wear a mask?
Mask-wearing is not required in indoor and outdoor places, except in healthcare settings and on public transport. For the latest safe management measures, please visit the Ministry of Health website.
What happens if I cannot attend the event because I have COVID-19 symptoms?
Colleagues can be sent in your place or you will receive a credit note given to use against another event.
The standard refund terms are that you will receive a full refund minus 10% administration fee, if you cancel up to 57 days before the event.
What are the latest travel restrictions?
From 13 February, all travellers can enter Singapore with no entry approvals, pre-departure tests, on-arrival tests, quarantine, and COVID-19 travel insurance required.

What shall I do if I have symptoms of COVID-19?
Please do not enter the event if you have any of the signs or symptoms of COVID-19, These include, a high temperature, a new continuous cough and a change to taste or smell. In order to assist us in keeping our attendees and staff as safe as possible, further information will be sent out to registered attendees closer to the event.
The Singapore Ministry of Health (MOH) has issued an advisory that you should follow if you are feeling unwell, displaying COVID-19 symptoms or test positive while visiting Singapore.
