Clarence is the Founder & Managing Partner of Capritaur Ventures, a Singapore MAS-licenced venture debt firm focused on supporting mid-stage, high-growth companies globally. He has over 18 years of venture capital and investment banking experience and has completed over US$2 billion of transactions across the technology, consumer, travel & hospitality and real estate sectors in Asia. In 2020, he successfully helped to launch Velocity Ventures, the first travel & hospitality focused VC in South-East Asia. Prior to that, he set up and led the investment banking business for the Bank of China in Singapore and was a Director at PwC Corporate Finance focusing on the technology sector.

Clarence holds a MSc in Corporate Finance and is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Singapore). He is passionate about the new economy, having invested in many early-stage investments and serves as Adviser to entrepreneurs on go-to-market strategies and fundraising.
