Ms. Bate is a Managing Director at Hunter Point Capital and serves as the Global Head of Capital Formation.

Prior to joining HPC, she was a Managing Director at Onex where she was responsible for business development in the United States. Prior to Onex, Ms. Bate spent 10 years at KKR in the Client and Partner Group, working with family offices, high net worth individuals, leading private wealth platforms, and registered investment advisors. She also focused on developing new products across asset classes. Previously, Ms. Bate was a consultant to institutional investors at Aksia and began her career capital-raising across the Private Wealth Management division of Morgan Stanley.

Ms. Bate earned her B.A. from Colgate University.
