Duc Luu is Head of Alternative Investments at Dynam Capital, where he founded the firm’s private capital division as well as its real estate and corporate M&A advisory platform. He personally originated and raised all three of Dynam’s institutional strategies — in K-12 education, build-to-suit logistics, and real estate development — structuring anchor partnerships with groups such as Wycombe Abbey Asia, IDEC, and Nam Long Group.

Before joining Dynam, Duc originated and ran large-scale proptech assets in Vietnam backed by institutional LPs including SoftBank Ventures, Gaw Capital, and the billionaire founders of Vingroup and Techcombank. He subsequently pivoted to real estate and M&A advisory, before formally launching Dynam’s private markets business.

A dual graduate of Yale University and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Duc brings institutional discipline, local execution, and global LP networks to one of Southeast Asia’s most dynamic growth markets.
