George leads the Alternatives team at Webbe International, a leading front-office executive search and consultancy firm.

He began his career with the firm in Hong Kong, where he successfully launched and built the North Asia Alternatives practice, working closely with many of the region’s prominent alternative investment managers. Since launching the business in 2019, George has partnered with both global and regional funds to expand their teams across a wide range of functions, including Investments, Investor Relations, and Legal & Compliance. His work has spanned hedge funds, private equity, credit, and multi-asset platforms.

In 2023, George relocated to Singapore to establish Webbe International’s office and spearhead the firm’s growth across South East Asia. In this role, he is responsible for expanding client coverage, building long-term partnerships, and strengthening the firm’s reputation as a trusted advisor to both established and emerging alternative investment firms in the region.
