Jeb Victorino is the CEO of CFM Argos, which manages the Malaysian Climate Infrastructure Fund, a Shariah-compliant climate infrastructure private equity fund. CFM Argos is a joint venture partly owned by Climate Fund Managers, the leading blended finance climate-centric private equity fund manager with over USD 2 billion dollars of AUM. Originally from Manila, Jeb was primarily involved in major power asset privatizations in the Philippines. He has spent almost 20 years in infrastructure investing in emerging markets, pioneering private equity investment in some of the very first wind and solar energy projects in countries like Pakistan, the Philippines and Vietnam.
