Jeff is the China Partner at Pegasus Tech Ventures, a global venture capital firm managing over $2 billion in assets. In this role, he oversees startup investments, fundraising, growth strategies, and corporate partnerships in China, Hong Kong, Asia, and Australia/New Zealand. He also leads Pegasus’ China network, bridging the gap between global companies seeking opportunities in these regions and local companies aiming for worldwide expansion.

Prior to joining Pegasus, Jeff co-founded High-Cloud, a pioneering cloud computing company that he guided from inception to its acquisition by DCSS Technology (837072) in 2016. Earlier in his career, he served as Managing Director at Boku (LON: BOKU) and worked with tech giants such as Sun Microsystems, Oracle, and IBM.

Jeff is an alumnus of the Stanford Graduate School of Business and also holds Master of Science degrees from the University of Oxford and HEC Paris
