Jeffrey is the Founding Partner & CEO of GL Capital Group, a leading health care private equity firm in China. He was the Country President of Novartis China during 2004 ‐ 2010. Prior to that, he worked for the Pritzker family in a number of positions of investment, advisory and general management for 11 years. Jeffrey is a member of the China Entrepreneur Club, the Committee of 100, and the China Advisory Board of The Nature Conservancy, and also works as an independent director of Shanghai Pharma.

Jeffrey has BS from Beijing University of Aeronautics and MS from Illinois Institute of Technology
