Lane Zhao

Mr. Zhao, a 19-year veteran in the private equity industry, with the last 10 years prior to InnoVision at KKR as one of the founding members of the Asia / China business from 2006 to 2016. Mr. Zhao started his career previously Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia from 2003 to 2006.

After founding InnoVision Capital in 2016. Mr. Zhao has led many high profile and successful investments, such as Beike, JD Logistics, Lvkon, Eswin, Neurophth, Channel Soft, 58’s Privatization, iCamuno, Catug, Kedu Healthcare, Butel, etc. Prior to founding InnoVision Capital, Mr. Zhao has been responsible for investments in green energy / climate impact, ESG and consumer sectors in Greater China at KKR. During his prior career path, he has led and played a significant role in numerous successful deals, such as United Envirotech, Memstar, Far East Horizon, Modern Dairy, Pingan Insurance, Mengniu, BeLLE, etc.

Mr. Zhao earned a B.A. in Mathematics and Physics from Tsinghua University with 1st class honor.
