Matthieu Ducorroy is Head of Private Equity Unit at the European Investment Bank (EIB). He is responsible for the team in charge of EIB investments in private equity, venture capital, impact and microfinance funds in emerging markets. He was previously an Investment Manager at the European Investment Fund (EIF), focusing on investments in SME funds in Europe. Prior to joining EIF, he worked in a private sector fund-of-funds targeting private equity funds in Europe and North America. He started his career as a M&A analyst at UBS Investment Bank. He graduated from Ecole des Ponts (Paris), holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School and a Master’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Paris-Nanterre.
