Profile
Mervin has over 16 years of private equity, alternatives and management consulting experience. Mervin joined Fullerton in 2022 and is responsible for deal sourcing, execution and portfolio company management for the Fullerton Carbon Action Fund, a US$400m Asia focused decarbonization private equity fund launched in 2024. He currently sits on the board of DRJ Holding and A400 Holding Co Limited.
Mervin was previously a founding member and Director of Quadria Capital, one of Asia’s largest private equity firms with over US$3.4 billion in assets under management, where he spent the last 10 years driving its Southeast Asia business. He was also a founding executive committee member of Investors for Health (i4H) and participated on the board of Soho Global Health and Royal Healthcare during his tenure at Quadria. Prior to that, he spent over 4 years across alternative investments and management consulting at Mizuho and PwC, respectively. He holds a Master of Science in Applied Finance from Singapore Management University, Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and completed the Mini MD executive education program at ESSEC Business School.
