Will Poole is Co-founder and Managing Partner at Capria Ventures, a Global South specialist VC investing in applied AI, managing over $200M AUM. Will has been directly investing in startups since 1997, raising his first institutional venture fund for Capria’s predecessor, Unitus Ventures, in 2012. In his big tech career, Will led Microsoft's multi-billion dollar Global Windows Client business for over a decade, serving as Senior Vice President. Will is also co-author of the soon-to-be-released book, Flourishing with AI, a pragmatic guide for professionals and leaders to harness AI and navigate rapid organizational change.
