Andrea Serra joined ICG in September 2022 and is the Chief Operating Officer for ICG Strategic Equity (“ICGSE”). Based in London, Andrea is a member of ICGSE's Investment Committee and is involved in ICGSE’s investment underwriting and oversees fund management and the strategy’s investment operations globally. Prior to ICG, Andrea was a Managing Director in the Tactical Opportunities team at Blackstone. He previously worked in the Private Equity team at Blackstone. Andrea began his career at Goldman Sachs. Andrea has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSc from Bocconi University.
