Antoine is a Senior Partner at Truffle Capital, with expertise in the creation, structuring and financing of healthcare companies, from early R&D through commercial stage, IPO or trade sale. Before joining Truffle Capital, he gained experience at Novartis Pharma, within its oncology business unit, and at Forvis Mazars, in Audit and Transaction Services. Antoine is co-founder and board member of BariaTek Medical, a clinical-stage company developing an endoscopic implant to treat obesity, and Skinosive, which develops bioadhesive UV filters for long-lasting sun protection. He was previously CEO of SpikImm, founded by Truffle Capital and the Institut Pasteur to develop monoclonal antibodies to prevent viral diseases in immunocompromised patients. A pharmacist and graduate of ESSEC Business School’s Master in Management, Antoine is a guest lecturer at Sorbonne University, Paris Cité University and ESSEC Business School. He is also a regular jury member at X-HEC Entrepreneurs.
