Dina Rebecca Lorentz is Managing Director of the Federal Impact Investing Association (BVII), the DACH region's industry association for impact investing. She also serves on the Supervisory Board of GLS Bank, one of Europe's leading sustainable banks, and is a Board Member of the International Economic Council (IWR).
As a lawyer, Dina specialises in sustainable finance, ESG regulation, impact investing and responsible capital markets. With nearly two decades of experience spanning international law firms, investment banking, consulting and financial institutions, she advises organisations on sustainable finance regulation, impact investment strategies, governance and the mobilisation of private capital for the transition to a more sustainable economy.
Alongside her executive and advisory work, Dina lectures on Sustainable Finance, Regulation & Risk Management in Financial Services at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. She works closely with institutional investors, policymakers and industry leaders to advance impact investing, sustainable capital allocation and innovative financing solutions across Europe and internationally.
In her role at BVII, Dina is committed to strengthening the European impact investing ecosystem, fostering collaboration across the financial sector and promoting investment approaches that combine long-term financial performance with measurable environmental and social impact.
