Dominic joined Sovereign in 2002 and is responsible for deal execution as well as driving the firm’s strategic direction. He oversees operational matters alongside his fellow partners and is a member of both the Investment Committee and the Management Board.

As lead partner on a number of investments, Dominic is closely involved in portfolio oversight, with a particular focus on the development and delivery of Buy & Build strategies. He leads Sovereign’s Healthcare & Pharma Services sector team and is also active in the Business & Technology Services sector.

Prior to joining Sovereign, Dominic led the healthcare team at Deloitte & Touche Corporate Finance in London, where he advised venture capital investors and corporates on mergers and acquisitions within the healthcare sector.

Dominic is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and holds a BA (Combined Honours) in French and German from the University of Exeter. He has two grown children and lives in South London.
